In support of the actions to be implemented, the structural funds, European programs and the PNRR will provide the necessary resources.
The text reviews the central documents linked to the Guarantee, starting from the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child of 1989, to arrive at the Council Recommendation adopting the Guarantee.
The intent is to outline the context in which the Childhood Guarantee is inserted and frame it in the space of European policies.
