Description and objectives of the call

  • the staff involved in the realization of the prototype (is an employee of the company, and with a project contract or work administration contract);
  • professional services commissioned to third parties (freelancers or other businesses);
  • technical equipment and software licenses necessary for the implementation of the project.

These costs must be incurred after the application has been submitted.

When to participate and how

The terms and procedures for submitting applications will be defined with another provision by the MISE (Ministry of Economic Development).

Each company can submit a maximum of two subsidy applications in relation to two different projects.

The applications must contain the project proposal that describes in detail the activities to be carried out for the various phases, the characteristics of the prototype, resources (human and technological) requests, the costs and the amount of the subsidy requested.

Other relevant information

Projects must be started after the date of submission of the subsidy application and be completed by 18 months from the date on which the concession was granted.

The company that benefits from the subsidy can request the disbursement of a first installment, equal to 50% of the total subsidy, if he took at least the 50% of eligible expenses. The payment of the balance can be requested by the company within 90 days from the completion of the project.

Description and objectives of the call

He BETS (Ministry of Economic Development) has prepared this announcement with the aim of granting grants to small enterprises in the textile sector, of fashion and accessories, with particular regard to start-ups that invest in design and creation, in order to promote young talents who work in these sectors and who enhance made in Italy products with a high artistic and creative content.

The concessions may cover the purchase of machinery, installations, equipment, software programs and licenses, staff training and relate:

  • projects inspired by the principles of the circular economy (therefore aimed at the recovery of used materials or the use of fabrics from renewable sources);
  • creation of new design elements;
  • introduction of production process innovations or digital innovations within the company;
  • creation and use of innovative fabrics.

Who can participate

The call is open to small businesses registered in the Business Register for no more than 5 years, who have not yet distributed profits, they are not listed or originated from mergers nor have they taken over the business of another company. Each company can submit only one application for facilitation electronically.

To create an educating community it is necessary to involve all the subjects of the territory, to bring young people and their families back to the center of public interest. Sharing tools, ideas and best practices, it is possible to achieve the common goal of improving the living conditions of minors, who become not only recipients of the services, but above all protagonists and active subjects of the planned and activated initiatives.

Proposals must be submitted by partnerships consisting of at least three subjects who will take an active role in the co-design and implementation of the proposal. Eligible expenses

  • Impact assessment up to a maximum of 4%;
  • Reimbursement of expenses for travel and transfers up to a maximum of 10%;

  • Co-financing: at least 5%

No subject of the partnership can manage a share exceeding the 50% of funds; at least the 65% of resources must be managed by third sector entities.

New Skills Fund, referred to in Article 88, comma 1, of the decree-law 19 maggio 2020, n. 34, intervenes to allow the gradual resumption of activity after the epidemiological emergency, with the aim of raising the level of human capital in the labor market by offering workers the opportunity to acquire new or greater skills and equip themselves with useful tools to adapt to the new conditions of the labor market, supporting companies in the process of adapting to new organizational and production models determined by the epidemiological emergency from COVID-19.

    Eligible expenses

    Collective agreements must be signed by 30 June 2021 and must contain the indication of:

    • training projects with a description of the needs for new skills useful for business development projects expressed in such a way as to find a confirmation in the national repertoire of qualifications and qualifications and more generally in the Atlas of work held by Inapp and in the European Qualifications Framework (by the EQF 3/4 upward);
    • number of workers involved in the intervention;
    • number of hours of work to be allocated to courses for the development of skills and the burden that the company must bear;
    • in cases of training provision by the company, the demonstration of possession of the technical requirements, physical and professional training skills for carrying out the project itself.

    The maximum limit of hours to be allocated to the development of skills per worker, subject to the rescheduling of working hours due to changed organizational and production needs of the company, è individuato in 250 ore. Le attività̀ di sviluppo delle competenze devono partire dopo l’approvazione dell’accordo e del progetto formativo da parte di ANPAL e si devono concludere within 90 days from the date of approval of the application by ANPAL.

    They can be identified as providers of training courses, all accredited bodies at national and regional level, or other subjects, also private, that by statute or institutionally, on the basis of specific legislative or regulatory provisions, including regional ones, carry out training activities, including legally recognized state and non-state universities, upper secondary education institutions, the Centers for Education for Adults-CPIA, the Higher Technical Institutes (I.T.S), research centers accredited by the Ministry of Education, also in an organized form in territorial or sectoral partnership networks. It can play the role of training provider, the same company that submitted the application for assistance, where it is provided for by the agreement.

      Amount of the contribution

      ANPAL determines the maximum amount recognizable to the employer, distinguished between the cost of training hours and the related social security and welfare contributions (excluding additional monthly payments and severance pay). The disbursement of the contribution is carried out by INPS, at the request of ANPAL, in two tranches: anticipation of 70% and balance. For training hours, the worker has the right to direct remuneration from the employer. This cost will be reimbursed by the New Skills Fund.

      When to participate

      It is possible to apply until the 30 June 2021.

      Who can participate

      All employers in the private sector are eligible for assistance from the Fund (businesses, professionals or associations), regardless of size, who have entered into collective agreements for the reshaping of working hours for changing organizational and production needs of the company, establishing that part of the working time is aimed at the creation of specific paths to develop the skills of the worker.

      Description and Goals

      On the LIFE Call, the European Union has foreseen a significant increase in the resources made available for the new seven-year period 2021-2027, setting aside the considerable amount of 5.4 billion euros.

      The program is structured in two sectors:

      • the Environment sector, which includes the sub-program Nature and biodiversity and the sub-program Circular economy and quality of life,

      Who can participate

      They can participate in the Life Call 2021 businesses of all sizes, public bodies, non-profit organizations (including NGOs), belonging to any EU country.

       

      Eligible expenses

      The following expenses are eligible for the realization of the projects:

      • direct personnel costs;
      • travel and subsistence expenses;
      • consultancy;
      • durable goods (infrastructure, depreciation of equipment and machinery, purchase or lease of land / land rights);
      • materials;
      • other costs directly attributable to the project;
      • overheads (7% of total costs)
      • other variable expenses based on the specifics of the project.

        Amount of the contribution

        Non-repayable contributions are generally included between 55% and the 60% of eligible expenses.

        The total budget of a LIFE project normally fluctuates between 1.5 millions and 3.5 million euros, although lower value projects are possible.
